Browser settings

EnergyMonitor is configured for a number of browsers. No problems have been encountered when using Chrome, Firefox and Opera.

However, in the case of Internet Explorer and Safari your browser settings could partially disable the connection to our server. If parts of the screen are blank and/or there is an on-screen message to the effect that graphics cannot be displayed, please take the following steps:

Internet Explorer:

Step 1: Go to Tools / Internet Options / Privacy / Advanced

  • Select “Override automatic cookie handling”, and accept “First-party Cookies” and “Third-party Cookies”

Step 2: Go to Tools / Internet Options / Delete browsing history

  • Deselect (uncheck) “Preserve Favorites website data”

iPhone/iPad (Safari):

  • Settings / Safari / Cookies / Always
